Terms of Sale

This website is owned by Dia Precious Jewellery Private Limited (DiA) and has its registered office at 203-B Dharam Palace, 2nd Floor, N S Patkar Marg, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400007. These Terms of Sale apply to any sales of DiA products or services that you may order using the website www.diaprecious.com and any associated mobile or digital applications that refer to these Terms of Sale (together, the “Platforms”) or by telephone via our Customer Relations Center (the “Customer Relations Center”).

Please read these Terms of Sale carefully. These Terms of Sale are applicable to any order placed through the Platforms or Customer Relations Centre (together the “Sales Channels”). Please note that before placing an order for products or services, you will be asked to agree to these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale, then you will not be able to order any products or services through the Sales Channels. Sales concluded through physical points of sale (such as our retail boutiques) or third parties (such as authorized retailers) are not subject to these Terms of Sale.


We may make changes from time to time to these Terms of Sale so please check back regularly to keep informed of updates. The latest version of these Terms of Sale will always be available on the Platforms. Any new version of these Terms of Sale shall take effect immediately upon the date of posting and will govern any orders of products or services made as from that date. Any changes to the Terms of Sale made after you have placed an order will not affect that order and your relationship with us, except as may be required by applicable law.


If you are not competent to contract as per the applicable law, you are prohibited to use / purchase / contract from or with this website.


All orders placed through on the Platform are subject to availability and acceptance by DiA.

DiA reserves the right to change the assortment of items offered on the Platform or through the Customer Relations Centre, and may limit from time to time the quantity of DiA products that may be ordered by a Customer in a single buying session, without prior notice. DiA further reserves the right to refuse at any moment in time, without prior notice. 

The Customer Relations Centre and the product pages on the Platform can provide you with information regarding products that are currently available for sale through those channels. Please note that only merchandise displaying an “Add to Shopping Bag” icon is available for sale through the Platform. You may also call the Customer Relations Centre (+91 7304465501) and a DiA Ambassador will provide you with further information as to product availability and assist you with your purchase.


In order to place an order on the Platform, you or the DiA Ambassador (on your behalf) may either register and create an online account on the Platform, or place an order as a guest without creating an online account by selecting the "Guest Checkout" option. In order to create this account, you will be required to provide valid and up-to-date personal information, such as your legal name, phone number and e-mail address. 

If you select the “Guest Checkout” option, you will have the option to create your DiA online account upon receiving the Order Confirmation. Please note that in such case, your DiA online account will not include transactions made prior to the creation of your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your password and account login are kept secret, safe and secure at all times. DiA will not be held responsible or liable for any misuse of your account in connection with, and/or resulting from, a third party’s access to and use of your password and account login.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Sale for more details about how we may use your personal information. If you select the “Guest Checkout” option on the Platform, your online account will not be created and we will not use your personal information for any purpose other than in connection with processing your order.

When placing an order on the Platform you will be required to provide other personal information as applicable, such as shipping address, billing address, PAN card and payment details. Additional information may be collected by DiA or its third party providers at this time for security and anti-fraud purposes. 

You represent and warrant that the personal information you provide to the Customer Relations Centre or via the Platform is true, valid, complete and up-to-date in all respects, and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the shipping (unless the item is a gift) and billing information provided.

Should any of the information you provide to the Customer Relations Centre or on the Platform change, please log in to your account and update such information directly on the Platform, inform the Customer Relations Centre or notify DiA at the following e-mail address: info@diaindia.com, or as set out in our privacy policy.  


If you are ordering on the Platform, orders will be processed as follows: Once you have chosen a product, click on the “Add to Shopping Bag” icon to place this product in your shopping bag. You may then decide to continue shopping for other products and add them to your shopping bag (subject to availability and quantity limits) or proceed to “Checkout” by clicking on this button. You may also remove one or several products you have selected by clicking on "X" next to the chosen product in the Shopping Bag. Once on the payment page, review your order details and personal information (including email, shipping address, billing address and payment information), check the box next to “I have read and I accept the Terms of Sale”. Then, click on “Pay Now” to place your order.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided for herein, DiA reserves the right to refuse, cancel and terminate orders at any moment in time. For example, DiA may refuse, terminate or cancel your order if there is an ongoing dispute concerning payment of a prior order or if DiA suspects, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged in fraudulent or grey market activities or have otherwise violated these Terms of Sale.


All prices shown on the product pages of the Platform or quoted by the Customer Relations Centre are in Indian Rupees. 

DiA reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice.

Actual shipping costs and goods and service tax will be reflected on your payment page before you are asked to confirm and place your order (in the case of a Platform order) and will also be reflected in the Confirmation of Order. Delivery costs, if any, are described in the shipping policy set forth below. Delivery costs and estimated sales and use taxes are not stated on the product pages but will be added to the product price, if applicable, after you have chosen your delivery location and options.

The actual customs duties associated with your purchase will be calculated by the shipping partner and will be relayed to you and are payable at the port of delivery. These will not be reflected in the sales price. Please note that changes to applicable law between the date your order is placed and the date you are sent a Confirmation of Order may result in changes to the sales tax associated with your purchase. 

Please note that if you exchange your DiA creation outside of India you could be subject to any jurisdictional tax differences, from taxes originally paid on your DiA creation.


DiA accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

When ordering on the Platform, you will need to enter your payment details on the appropriate form. In the case of an order placed by telephone, you will need to communicate to the Customer Relations Centre your credit/debit card number and your three- or four- digit security code that is printed on the back or the front of your card (CVV2/CVC2/CID).  

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to DiA, you will need to contact your card issuer directly to solve this problem, and DiA will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

In order to process your order, we may perform security checks on your credit card. The full amount of your purchase will be blocked on your credit card until your order is approved by DiA, and your credit card will be charged the applicable purchase price once your order has shipped. By submitting an offer to purchase DiA products on the Platform or through the Customer Relations Centre, you expressly authorize DiA to perform such security checks, where DiA deems necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain a credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

DiA takes precautions — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. DiA uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is collected. Unfortunately, transmitting information over the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will implement appropriate measures to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of the data you transmit; any transmission is at your own risk and we cannot be held liable. We only accept bank wire transfer for orders placed through the payment gateway PhonePe, some financial institutions may charge a fee for using a bank wire transfer. If your wire transfer payment is not credited into our bank account within 3 days after you have placed your order, your order will be cancelled.


You should carefully check and confirm all details on the payment page before placing your order through the Platform, including without limitation the particulars of each sale. In the case of an order being placed through the Customer Relations Centre, the DiA Ambassador may verbally ask you to confirm the details of your order.

Furthermore, A DiA agent will reach out via the Whatsapp to confirm the order. Our messaging service can also be availed for custom orders. 


Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed on the Platform, you will receive an Acknowledgment of Order by email, acknowledging the details of your order. This Acknowledgment of Order will contain an Order Reference Number assigned by DiA. Please make sure that you save this Order Reference Number for any future enquiries regarding your order. This Acknowledgment of Order is not an acceptance of your order. Following the transmission of the Acknowledgment of Order, DiA will conduct its usual credit, anti-fraud, security and related legal checks and, if acceptable, will then process your order.

These Terms of Sale will be provided to you with the Acknowledgement of Order through either email link or pdf. Please carefully review these Terms of Sale upon receipt.


  • You have to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself while registration on www.diaprecious.com
  • You should maintain and promptly update registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, incomplete or not current or if DiA has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, incomplete, not current or not in accordance with this user agreement, we have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your account and refuse to provide you with access to our website.
  • In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e,. Wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by DiA for re-delivery shall be claimed from you and you shall bear such expenses.
  • You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. DiA reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. Further, DiA also reserves the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders or before making delivery in certain cases. If upon confirmation, your details are found to be false (partially or completely), DiA has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the services of diaprecious.com and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
  • You confirm that the address at which delivery of the product(s), ordered by you, is to be made is complete and correct.
  • Before placing an order you shall check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Sale and invitation to offer included in the item's description.
  • If any unexpected or long delay in the delivery is expected, DiA may cancel the order and in such an event, its liability will be limited to refund of the amounts paid by you, without any further compensation being payable to you.


Please note that DiA does not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or hotels. DiA ships to selected locations in India. Please check if we deliver to your Zip/Postal Code on the shopping cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

  1. This LR is to be regarded as a "Contract" between Owners or Dispatchers of the Goods specified on this LR on the one hand and us (hereinafter referred to as us) (which terms shall include its employees, Servants, Agents) on the other hand for the transportation of the said goods as booked from Booking Station Specified on the LR to the Destination.
  1.  We accept all kinds of goods for transportation like: Valuables, Literature, Sophisticated/High Technology Goods, Papers, Manuscripts, Securities of all kinds, Materials, Merchandise, Trade Samples, and other items of like nature but EXCLUDING all dangerous, Explosives, Hazardous, Inflammable, Combustible, Contraband & Prohibited Goods, Bullion Gems, currency notes etc. We have the right but not obligation to open/inspect any

    or all consignments. Every shipment shall be charged by its chargeable weight and not by actual weight.

  1. CARRYING TERMS & CONDITIONS we hereby agree to carry the goods from the booking station (consignor) to the destination (consignee) as specified on this LR on terms and conditions, as agreed & mentioned here under. All goods are accepted for transportation by Road, Rail, Air or Sea at the sole discretion to carry the goods through any media as we may deem fit. No employees, except management of us, may in any manner alter or modify the terms and conditions set on this LR. The consignments are accepted for transit by us on PROHIBITED GOODS (as specified in point "2") and properly packed, marked and addressed so as to ensure safe transportation and delivery. The consignor(s) acknowledges that we are not a "Common Carrier" and that we, at all times, shall have the right to refuse any goods offered for transportation without assigning reason whatsoever. As the contents, nature, quality, condition, and value of the subject consignment are unknown to us and the same has been accepted (as packed and declared by the owners) in good faith for transportation as indicated on the AIR WAY BILL. We shall not, in any way, be responsible or liable to the consignor and/or consignee for any loss/damage or non-delivery of the subject consignment, attributed to or caused by any incorrect or false declaration and/or defective packing, marking or addressing of the subject consignment by consignors, but the consignors shall be responsible and liable to us for the consequences of their improper action as above. The consignor/consignee shall, without any limitation, be solely liable to us for all costs and expenses which would include OCTROI/OTHER TAXES/LEVIES related to the consignment and the costs of warehousing and return of the consignment to the consignee if desired by them.
  1. LIEN ON CONSIGNMENT we have a general lien on consignment(s). In case the consignee fails to pay the Freight, Octroi, State and Local Taxes, or other charges on the consignment due to any reason, we may refuse to surrender possession of goods until such charges are settled.
  1. LIMITATION our liability to the consignor/consignee for any loss or damage or non-delivery of the subject consignment shall be limited to Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only), unless otherwise agreed to by any specific declaration on this LR.
  2.  LIMITATION OF THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY/LIABILITIES NOT ASSUMED BY THE COMPANY While the company will use its best endeavor to effect delivery of the subject consignment as agreed, we will not, in any circumstance, assume any responsibility or liability for any loss (direct or consequential, irrespective of the amount involved) alleged to have been sustained by the consignor/consignee arising out of or caused by delay in the pick-up, transportation and delivery of the subject consignment due to: (an Act of God, natural calamities or causes, floods or convulsions of nature, any variation in temperature, weather condition etc., fire and explosion, accidents to the carrying vehicles, or by the action of terrorists, militants or activists or by persons acting form a political motive or caused by or resulting from strikes, lock-outs labour disturbances, riots or civil commotions etc., provided by us has exercised reasonable care and precaution in the transportation of the subject consignment. (b) Any act, default, omission on the part of the consignor/ consignee or any other interested third party, howsoever arising. (c) "Inherent Vice" or the nature or any special characteristics of the subject consignment, and : (d) Electric or magnetic injury, erasure or other such damage to photographic or electronic pictures, images or recording in any form.

  3.  CLAIM FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE SUBJECT CONSIGNMENT No claim shall be entertained by us until its entire freight charges etc., or any outstanding are paid by the consignor or consignee as the case may be and if any claim arises against subject consignment if should be brought in to the notice of the company in writing within 7 days from the date of booking at the booking station, Any such claim will not be entertained by the company after the expiry of 10 days from the date booking
  4. This contract shall not insure to the benefit of any of the General insurers operating in India.

  5. No suit shall lie against us in respect of or in relation to the subject consignment after the expiry of 3 months from the date of booking.
  6. JURISDICTION The competent court in the state of DELHI alone shall have jurisdiction in respect of all claims and/or matters pertaining to the subject consignment or arising out of this contract.
  7.  If the value of your parcel goods is more than Rs,10,001/- than necessary of Consignor to insured the parcel goods.


    All users have the option to track their orders by clicking on Track Order. The user has to enter the email address/necessary details used while placing the order and the order number to track the order.

    Registered users can Sign in and track their orders from the order history section on the My Account page.


    The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination. However, we do our best to ensure that the order is delivered on time.

    Delivery time for ready-to-ship domestic orders takes between 2 to 7 working days from the day of order confirmation to deliver the products within India. This excludes delays due to government impositions or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government.

    Pre-orders, custom orders, and made-to-order products can be delivered between 21 to 35 working days. The same will be informed to you while placing the order.

    In the unlikely event that the delivery is delayed, we may cancel the order and the customer will be notified regarding the same. In such cases, the refund is made directly to the customer’s bank account using the same payment mode. Since the delivery of products is address-specific, please ensure that the address entered while placing the order is correct.

    Important note: if an office address is provided for delivery, please ensure that the working hours, department details, employee number, and direct landline numbers are also provided to prevent any last-minute hassles and failed delivery attempts.

     Shipping partner may be using the OTP verification process at the time of delivery to ensure contactless delivery at the right recipient hand, for this process, it is required from the customer to provide the correct contact mobile number at the time of order placement itself to avoid wrong delivery.

     To prevent misplaced delivery, please keep one of the following identity cards for verification:

    1. PAN card
    2. Aadhar card
    3. Driving License
    4. Government Approved IDs

     Transit insurance: DiA will fully insure all goods until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.


    When ordering products via the sales channels, you will receive an invoice that will be sent to you in writing (to your e-mail address as a pdf attachment or otherwise).

     In order to ensure your total satisfaction, a Customer or a recipient of a gift of DiA products (a “Gift Recipient”) may return DiA products in accordance with the return and exchange policy set forth below. Returns of DiA products that are not in compliance with the conditions and timeframes set forth below may be rejected by DiA and will be sent back to the Customer or Gift Recipient, as the case may be.

    Return Period

    DiA creations purchased through the Platform or directly by phone through the Customer Relations Centre may be exchanged or returned for a refund or merchandise credit within two (2) days following delivery for orders irrespective of within outside of India or within India. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for full refund, if applicable. Merchandise must be presented in its original packaging and accompanied by the appropriate sales receipt. Engraved, embossed, special order, personalized, made to order creations and items that show sign of wear cannot be exchanged or returned. All returns and exchanges are subject to the further terms and conditions set forth below.

    Return Process

    Products that have been purchased on the Platform or through the Customer Relations Centre may be returned to DiA at the following address: 203 Dharam Palace, B wing, N.S Patkar Marg, Mumbai 400007 

    If a Customer or Gift Recipient wishes to return a product to the DiA, then such person must comply with the following steps:

    1. Call the Customer Relations Centre at+91 7304465501 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number is required prior to returning any product originally purchased from the DiA by Internet or by phone with the Customer Relations Centre to DiA,
    2. Fill out the required information, list the applicable Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the return/exchange form,
    3. Include the completed return/exchange form with the product, all its accessories, the User Guide and all other documents, in its original box and delivery package
    4. Seal the delivery package and affix the pre-paid delivery label to it,

    Should the Customer or Gift Recipient decide to return a purchased item within the 30-day period, DiA and the Customer or Gift Recipient, as the case may be, agree that DiA maintains a special interest in the merchandise and will therefore purchase insurance on the returned merchandise. DiA is under no obligation to do so but will take this initiative for the Customer's or Gift Recipient’s convenience.

    The Customer or Gift Recipient, as the case may be, must keep a proof of return shipment and the tracking number, and DiA accepts no liability in the event that such proof cannot be produced. Only merchandise received by DiA will be eligible for a refund or exchange.

    Upon receiving a return, DiA will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy and, if so, then proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.

    Conditions to Return a Product

    DiA products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original DiA box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents. DiA will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

    Engraved or embossed products, as well as special order, personalized and made-to-order creations, cannot be returned to DiA for exchange, merchandise credit or refund.

    All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by DiA to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, DiA will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the Customer or the Gift Recipient, as applicable. If the returned product satisfies Quality Control (QC), DiA will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.

    Refunds and Merchandise Credit

    Should a product be returned to DiA by the Customer or the Gift Recipient, a Customer is entitled to receive a refund. A Gift Recipient is not entitled to receive a refund.

    Should a product be returned to a DiA Retail Boutique, the Customer or Gift Recipient are entitled to receive a merchandise credit. No refunds will be issued by a DiA Retail Boutique; however, a DiA Retail Boutique can facilitate the return of product to the DiA or Customer Relations Centre. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for full refund, if applicable

    If a Customer’s return complies with the return policy, DiA will use reasonable efforts to credit the refund to the Customer’s credit card or Paypal account no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned item by the DiA e-Boutique distribution Centre. Except for delivery of a defective product, initial shipping charges will not be refunded to the Customer.


    Customers and Gift Recipients may be permitted to exchange a product purchased on the Platform or by phone through the Client Relations Centre for another DiA product if the product to be exchanged satisfies the conditions of the return policy within thirty (30) days following delivery.

    DiA will send an invoice as a .pdf attachment to the Customer’s email address, which specifies the value of the returned product, the price of the item for which the original product has been exchanged and the difference to be paid by the Customer or the amount that the Customer is entitled to receive, as indicated below.

    Should a product be returned for exchange to DiA by a Customer or Gift Recipient, only the Customer will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference if the returned product is more expensive than the exchanged DiA product. If the returned product is less expensive than the exchanged item, the Gift Recipient will be charged the difference in price.

    Should a product be returned for exchange to a DiA Retail Boutique, either the Customer or Gift Recipient will be entitled to receive merchandise credit of the price difference, in case the original product is more expensive than the item to be received in the exchange. If the returned product is less expensive than the exchanged item, the Customer or Gift Recipient will be charged the difference in price.

    Defective products

    DiA is extremely cautious in ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic.

    If nevertheless you receive a product that seems to be damaged, you may return it to DiA in accordance with the return policy. Upon receipt, DiA may classify the returned product as a defective product. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective.

    If your product is declared as defective by DiA, the following solutions will be proposed to the Customer or the Gift Recipient, as applicable:

    1. DiA may send you the same product in the exact same size, subject to availability,
    2. DiA may propose an exchange for another DiA creation of equivalent or higher value, in which case the initial price will be deducted and you will be required to pay only the difference, or
    3. Only you, as the Customer, may request a refund of the full price of your initial purchase.

Repair costs are subject to the degree of damage to the product and will be quoted accordingly post inspection of the product. The customer will be make arrangements to deliver and collect  said product to and from DiA and will incur any charges. 


     To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim and exclude all other terms, conditions and warranties in relation to the products and any orders placed through the Platform or Customer Relations Centre, whether express or implied by statute or otherwise or arising from any previous course of dealing or usage or trade practice.

    Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits or excludes our liability for any liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law. Subject to the preceding sentence, our aggregate liability to you under these Terms of Sale for any order whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages shall in no event exceed the one hundred percent (100%) of the price of the product(s) in your order.


    DiA shall not be responsible for, and disclaims to the fullest extent permitted under the law, all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the Website, any information contained on the Website, or material and information transmitted over our system.

     All products and the information displayed on diaprecious.com constitute an invitation to offer. Your order for purchase constitutes your offer which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed herein. Dispatch of all product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time, and we reserve the right to either accept or reject the balance offer.

     We have made every effort to display the colors and sizes of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the product’s color on delivery. Packaging of the product may vary from that displayed on the Website.


     If any provision, or part of a provision, of these Terms of Sale is deemed to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the provisions of these Terms of Sale shall be unaffected and shall continue to be fully valid, binding and enforceable.

    These Terms of Sale (and associated terms incorporated by reference) constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the order of products or services, and replace and extinguish all prior agreements, draft agreements, arrangements, undertakings, or collateral contracts of any nature made by the parties, whether oral or written, in relation to such subject matter.

    We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing or complying with our obligations under these Terms of Sale which arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

    The waiver by us of a breach of any provision of these Terms of Sale will not operate to be interpreted as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.

    This contract is between us and you. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. However, if you purchase a product as a gift, the recipient of your gift will have the benefit of the applicable DiA Guarantee.


    Your access and use of the website and the terms hereof, shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Mumbai. The courts at Mumbai shall alone have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this Terms of Sale.

    • Gift Wrap and Packaging - all orders will be shipped with the DiA box gift wrapped in special packaging, together with a shopping bag (where applicable).
    • Engravings / Embossing - engraving and embossing may be available on specific products, and offered only through sales transactions completed through the Customer Relations Centre. If you wish to have your product engraved or embossed, please provide the details to the Customer Relations Centre. Orders for personalized DiA products cannot be cancelled and personalized DiA products cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Please see our return and exchanges policy for further information.
    • Gift Note - you may personalize your order by adding a personalized note that will be printed by DiA on a gift card to be included in your order package. DiA reserves the right to reject gift card notes it deems offensive or inappropriate to be sent on DiA-logo stationery.
