Return & Refund Policy

In accordance with TUDOR global retail standards for luxury timepieces, all sales are final.

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted once an order has been confirmed.

  • This policy applies to all TUDOR watches purchased online from DiA, except where mandatory consumer protection laws expressly require otherwise.

  • Each timepiece is delivered new, unworn, authenticated, and inspected prior to dispatch.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected product meets their requirements before placing an order.

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts this No Return & No Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation requests may be considered only before dispatch, at DiA’s sole discretion.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly and are subject to verification and acceptance.

  • Approved cancellations (prior to dispatch) will be refunded via the original payment method, subject to banking and payment service provider timelines.

  • DiA reserves the right to decline cancellation requests without obligation to provide justification.

Packaging Policy

All TUDOR watches sold by DiA are delivered in strict compliance with TUDOR brand presentation and packaging standards.

  • Each watch is supplied in original TUDOR manufacturer packaging, which will include:

    • Official TUDOR presentation box

    • Instruction manual

    • Warranty card and documentation (as applicable)

  • Additional protective outer packaging is used for transit security.

  • Shipments are sealed and insured until delivery confirmation.

  • Customers are advised to examine the external packaging at the time of delivery. Any visible tampering or transit damage must be reported immediately to the courier and to DiA.

  • Claims relating to damage or tampering reported after delivery acceptance may not be entertained.
