Product Care

Dia jewellery pieces are made with precious gems stones & metal fulfilling the most stringent selection criteria. Depending on their properties, certain materials require specific care. To preserve the beauty of your jewellery piece over time, we recommend the following precautions:

  • To prevent damage to your piece, we recommend avoiding exposure to fragrance, soap, chemicals or cosmetics, as these could affect its colour and form.
  • It is best to wait until fragrances and cosmetics have dried completely before wearing your jewellery.
  • It is important not to expose your creation to water (fresh, chlorinated or salt) or to high temperatures (such as prolonged sun exposure).
  • We generally recommend that you do not wear your jewellery when performing certain activities (sports, gardening, etc.) to prevent it from being knocked or from coming into contact with harmful substances.
Product Cleaning

To keep your DiA creation gleaming, we recommend carefully cleaning it with a soft, dry cloth.

Due to their unique characteristics, diamonds are the only gemstones for which we recommend the use of water. To clean diamond pieces, use a soft brush and a small amount of neutral-pH liquid soap, rinse with fresh warm water, and dry with a soft dry cloth.

Product Storage

Each DiA creation should be stored in a fabric-lined case for jewellery, separate from other pieces to prevent it from being knocked or scratched. Some of the materials used by the DiA are delicate are particularly susceptible to breaking on impact.

Diamonds are the most sparkling and hardest of all minerals, which means that they can scratch other softer materials. Therefore, we advise you to store all DiA creations set with diamonds separately.

Online Orders

I just finalized my order but I still have not received the order summary?

You may experience a short delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your "Spam" inbox, as the message may have been redirected depending on your email settings. If you still have not received an email, please contact us.

Ordering and purchasing process
  1. Book a consultation with one of our experts.
  2. Brief them about your requirements.
  3. Review suggested designs and with prices.
  4. Confirm the order with all necessary specifications.
  5. Evermore Jewellery will send you an order confirmation against which payment needs to be made.
  6. Order will only be processed up on payment. 
  7. Payment terms will be mentioned on the Order confirmation as per what is discussed and decided by Evermore Jewellery and the client.
  8. We do not provide direct access to the details of your purchase on the Website after you have placed your order. We therefore recommend that you save the order confirmation or order confirmation email, or print it out for your own records. If you require specific information about previous purchases you have made, please contact us.

By placing your order, you are making an offer to Evermore Jewellery to conclude a sales contract. The order confirmation that you receive after your order has been placed does not yet constitute an acceptance of this offer. In case of shipping, a sales contract is only concluded when the ordered item(s) and the delivery confirmation have been sent to you. In case you chose to collect the item from our office, the sales contract is concluded when we send you a confirmation about your order being accepted. 


Which means of payment are accepted by DiA?

You can pay for your purchases with a credit or debit card: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®. You should enter your credit card or debit card number, its expiry date and its card verification number on the relevant page.

Is my payment secure?

All the transactions made on the DiA website are secure. The padlock symbol next to the address bar of the page beginning with "https" indicates that you are in a secure setting. DiA has also established specific security measures to protect your personal information from non-authorized access and use. However, you should never consider the transmission of data by Internet to be 100% secure. Any information that you make available online can potentially be recuperated and used by third parties.

Do you accept international credit cards?

We accept international credit cards; however, when placing your order, you must enter the international billing address that is linked to your credit card.

When will my credit card be debited?

Cards and other payment methods are not debited until an order has been accepted and sent. However, it is possible that your credit card or other payment method may indicate a reserve amount as soon as the order is placed.


How much is the delivery?

Enjoy complimentary ground shipping on all orders. You will be asked to select the shipment method you would prefer as part of the order procedure.

How long will delivery take?

Orders ship Monday through Friday with the exception of national & bank holidays. Orders will ship within one to two business days from the date placed. Allow one to seven business days for delivery.

2-Day: Allow two business days for delivery.

How do I track delivery of my order?


Is a signature required for delivery of my order?

A signature is required upon receipt of your package along with a photograph for future records in case of any dispute.

Collection of order

When will my order be available?

Orders with shipping methods will ship the same day unless subject to a shipping delay.
Orders with Ground delivery will ship within two business days unless subject to a shipping delay. You will receive an email confirming when your purchase is ready for pick-up.

Appointments are recommended if available.

Please bring along:

  • The email informing you of the availability of your order (printed out or on the screen of your phone)
  • Proof of identification
    You have 21 days to collect your order from the receipt of the e-mail informing you of its availability in store.
Can a third party collect my order in a store?

Yes, an option for third party pick-up is available if the first and last name of the individual is designated in the required fields prior to the order being placed. Please note, a copy of the order confirmation and a valid photo ID will be required at the time of pick-up. The name on the ID must match the name entered on the order for the package to be retrieved.

Can I collect my order in a store?

It is possible to collect the items you have ordered at DiA store.

This service is currently only available in selected cities. While completing your order, the option of in-store collection may be offered, according to your billing address.

You will receive an email confirming when your purchase is ready for pick-up.

Appointments are recommended if available. You will then have 21 days to collect your order.

To collect your order, please introduce yourself to a sales person when you arrive at the store, along with:

  • The email informing you of the availability of your order (printed out or on the screen of your phone),
  • Proof of identification.

Returns & Exchanges

No refund policy?

We have a no refund policy. However if in the product you received is damaged during transit we will replace the product within 30 working day.

Can I return or exchange an item in store?

If I give a gift to someone, can that person exchange it for something else?

Accompanied with an invoice or priceless invoice, a gift may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value within 15days following the delivery. The difference amount must be paid at the time of the exchange.


Will my order be gift wrapped?

If the option of Gift wrapping at the time of purchase, your order will
be gift wrapped in an Blue box tied with a ribbon.

Can I use a gift card or store credit for an online purchase?

DiA gift cards can be used on the DiA website and in Stores. Please consult the conditions listed on your gift card for its terms of use online and at the in stores.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

When viewing the items in your cart before checking out, you may include a blank or printed card and priceless invoice. Personalized messages should only be written in English language characters to guarantee accuracy. Use of other characters or images may not print correctly.

Will my gift order include an invoice where the price of the items are not shown?

If an order is selected as a "gift" before the final purchase, an invoice where the price of the items are not shown will be included in the package that is sent to the gift recipient.

To request an invoice where the price is not shown, even if your invoicing information is identical to your delivery information, please contact us.
